- Was this studied in humans or only in preclinical models?
- How large was the study?
- Who were the participants?
- Was there a control group?
- What endpoint was measured?
- How long did follow-up last?
- Were adverse events tracked and reported clearly?
- Does the evidence match the claim being made?
