Peptide Dosing Calculators
Two calculators in one place: a general reconstitution & dose calculator for any vial, and a click-to-dose calculator built specifically for the Stack One pen and cartridges.
General Reconstitution & Dosing Calculator
Figure out your mg/mL concentration, then how much to draw for your target dose. Works with any standard vial + bacteriostatic water reconstitution.
Step 1 — Reconstitution
Step 2 — Your Target Dose
Pick a peptide and a tier to auto-fill the desired dose below, or skip this and enter your own target dose manually.

Reference: Concentration by Vial & Water Volume
Quick lookup — resulting concentration (mcg/mL) for common vial sizes and bacteriostatic water volumes.
| Vial | +1 mL | +2 mL | +3 mL | +5 mL |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 mg | 2,000 | 1,000 | 667 | 400 |
| 5 mg | 5,000 | 2,500 | 1,667 | 1,000 |
| 10 mg | 10,000 | 5,000 | 3,333 | 2,000 |
| 15 mg | 15,000 | 7,500 | 5,000 | 3,000 |
| 20 mg | 20,000 | 10,000 | 6,667 | 4,000 |
| 30 mg | 30,000 | 15,000 | 10,000 | 6,000 |
All values in mcg/mL. Less water = higher concentration = smaller, harder-to-measure draws. More water = lower concentration = larger, easier draws but faster degradation.
Reminder: Start Low and Slow
Whatever the math says, the best course of action for any new regimen — especially if you’re older, sensitive to medications, or trying a peptide for the first time — is to start with a small fraction of your target dose, wait a few days to a week, and increase gradually while monitoring how you feel. Wait a full month before introducing another new peptide.
Stack One Pen & Cartridge Calculator
Already using a Stack One cartridge? Skip the math — select your formulation and dial (or click count) to see your exact dose. For the full titration schedule, storage info, and injection steps, see our Stack One Pen Dosing Guide.

Formulation
Click-to-Dose Calculator
Based on the pen’s standard resolution of 12 clicks per full dial number (6 clicks = half-dial, 60 clicks = Dial 5).
Universal Starting Rule
Regardless of formulation, start at Half Dial 1 (or 3 clicks for Semax/Selank) for a minimum of one week before titrating up. Only advance if well tolerated.
