Universal Starting Rule
Regardless of formulation, we recommend every client start at Half Dial 1 for a minimum of one week before titrating up to full Dial 1. This applies across all 12 products — metabolic, recovery, longevity, and cognitive alike. Only after that first week, and only if well tolerated, should you proceed to the standard titration schedule below. Semax and Selank use an even more conservative start — see their individual schedules below.
Alcohol Caution
We recommend clients be careful with alcohol consumption while on any peptide protocol. Alcohol can stress the liver and kidneys, worsen GI side effects (especially with the metabolic formulations like Tirzepatide and Retatrutide), interact with cognitive peptides like Semax and Selank, and generally blunt recovery and results. Limit intake, avoid drinking around injection times, and stay well hydrated.
How the Pen Works
The Stack One pen uses a pre-compounded, pre-filled 3.0 mL cartridge. No mixing. No measuring. Select your dial number and inject — each dial position delivers a precise, repeatable volume. Half-dial doses are possible by counting clicks to the midpoint between two numbers.

Half-dial doses are achieved by counting clicks to the midpoint between 0 and 1. Always prime the pen before first use. Store cartridges refrigerated at 2–8°C. Do not freeze.

Step-by-Step: How to Use the Stack One Pen
- Wash Hands — Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the pen or touching the injection site.
- Prepare Injection Site — Common sites: abdomen (2 inches from navel), outer thigh, or upper arm. Wipe with an alcohol swab and allow to air dry for 10 seconds before injecting.
- Attach the Needle — Remove pen cap. Screw a fresh needle onto the cartridge tip until secure. Remove both needle caps.
- Prime the Pen (First Use Only) — Dial to 1. Point needle upward and tap gently to move air to the tip. Press plunger until a small drop appears. This primes the pen and removes air.
- Select Your Dose — Dial to your prescribed number (1–5). For a half-dial dose, count clicks to the midpoint between 0 and 1. Confirm the correct number or position is in the dose window.
- Inject — Pinch a small fold of skin. Insert needle at a 45–90 degree angle. Press the plunger fully and hold for a count of 5 before withdrawing to ensure complete delivery.
- Remove & Dispose — Withdraw needle smoothly and apply light pressure. Do not rub. Unscrew needle and dispose in an approved sharps container. Replace pen cap.
- Log Your Dose — Record the date, time, dial number used, and injection site. Rotate injection sites with each dose to prevent tissue irritation.
Storage & Handling
- Refrigerate: Store cartridges at 2–8°C (36–46°F). Keep away from light and heat at all times.
- Do Not Freeze: Freezing damages the pre-compounded solution. Never place cartridges in a freezer.
- Shelf Life: Stack One cartridges use saline/Class 3 Pure Water — stability up to 1 year when properly stored.
- Travel: Cartridges may be kept at room temperature (below 25°C / 77°F) for up to 28 days while traveling.
- Discard If: Solution appears cloudy, discolored, or contains particles — use a fresh cartridge immediately.
